You know what I love?

The ability to adapt to different functions and activities is one that admire.

If you’ve been following this blog for a while, I’m sure that you’ve noticed the changes I’ve made to the layout, I was looking for a way to display some of the older posts I’ve written without having you scroll through a million pages, hence the slider up top. You like it?

When I started this blog in 2012, I blogged about mommy and me style, and used this platform as a means of encouragement to new moms. I was a new younger mom back then and wanted to break the stigma attributed to moms not being “cool”. Clearly moms are cool! LOL

I was passionate about matching outfits with Neriah — ahhhhh the joys of being a first time mom.

Things are slightly different now, I’m blessed if I even have time to go shopping for matching outfits, plus Neriah is no longer about that life. She’s four going on 14.  But it’s okay, I still have Micah ;)

But back to versatility and… change.

I’ve grown so much since the blog’s inception, and I want milk and honee to be a reflection of my evolvement.

I like to say that much like the biblical proverbial land, “milk and honee” is the place where goodness flows! The same goodness will flow from every single post, but this go round, there will be much more depth.

I think that we all evolve at some point, and change is good.

I still plan on using space to be a place of encouragement and inspiration in the areas of personal style, motherhood and life all together, I just plan on adding a little more profundity.

Speaking of which how versatile is this scarf?

my sister in love got me this scarf for Christmas, it’s soft and can be worn a number of different ways, I belted mine to up the style ante!

My younger brother and I have this weird thing where we don’t like our pants to be rolled up perfectly LOL. Perfection is totally overrated anyway.

Have you anything you do that may seem strange to most?

Drop it below!

Until next time!

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
