morning 2/52

My mornings are calmer than they use to be. I would wake up and put away dishes from the evening before and go into a cleaning frenzy all before 8AM.

Nowadays, my leniency when it comes to household chores knows no boundaries.

Clean dishes have made the dish rack their permanent home and laundry… Oh laundry it waits to be folded.

Nowadays, when she’s not at daycare,  mornings are spent watching Riah drag her toy box out of her room and empty its contents on the kitchen floor.

Nowadays,  mornings are spent joining Neriah on that kitchen floor building towers made out of plastic blocks and singing to Doc McStuffin’s theme song.

2bthey usually stay there until nap time, and I’m ok with it…

Until next time!

Join our fifty-two project here.

I love this! I’ve finally learned to let a few things go so that I can be in the moment with my little lady. It’s made my days so much more joyful and peaceful.

Your daughter, photos and site are just beautiful. Looking forward to reading more!

      Hey Nicole!

Thank you for the kind words. Isn’t life a tad bit easier now? I’m still learning to just be in the moment. I agree that it does make days so much more joyful! Thank you for stopping by.
